Ever meet someone and wished you had said something? Sophie Blackall has been trying to re-connect those people through her Missed Connections blog, kind of like a modern day Sleepless in Seattle.  She illustrates Missed Connections found on websites.  Her illustrations are amazing, you might recognize her work from the newest NYC subway illustration .  Anyways, check out her amazing blog - who knows maybe one is about you :)

During my annual search for new hairstyles - I stumbled across this awesome blog by Rubi, a hairstylist that moved from NYC to Paris.  She lets her hair down has great tips, tutorials and you can even contact Rubi if you are not sure what to do with your hair!

Artist Yayoi Kusama is making kids' dreams come true.  With the setting of an all white home as the backdrop, Kusama invited kids to come and stick thousands of stickers down.  Such a fun idea!

Designing a logo can be a long, tedious process...designing 10,000? That is one big project.  Nicole Meyer has set out to design a logo daily for each lake in Minnosota. Letters from Lauren @ 9:32 AM




I love getting emails, but what I love getting even more - handwritten letters/cards.  If you are a lover of cute cards & fine paper, like me, you will love letters from Lauren.  Her goal is to write a letter to a friend, family member, complete stranger - anyone, each day for a year.  Lauren's letters are heartfelt, concise and written in a straight line (I must learn how to do this!).  It's a very inspiring blog, I think I may go and write a few letters tonight :)
